  • Experience the empowerment of a 75-minute Rocket flow, an energetic Ashtanga-based practice. Rocket includes modifications for those new to the practice and variations that encourage you to connect with your inner power to level up your practice. 

  • We dive deeply into what’s happening within, through a restorative vinyasa experience, focusing on our breath, our energy, and alignment. An immersive experience of flow, ending in savasana with a connective sound bath.

  • A unique and innovative method created by Carla in Motion, blending dance, yoga, and somatic practices into one transformative experience.

    This class is designed to restore balance, calm your nervous system, and leave you feeling reconnected to your body and mind. Through conscious movements and mindful techniques, you’ll release tension, build strength, and find your flow. All levels are welcome to join this energizing practice!

SCULPT & PILATES

  • HOT TONDO TONED. Light up your body and mind with this 50 min. hot pilates-inspired, sculpting class. We focus on breath, energy, and alignment, and move through strengthening sequences, mixed with cardio, to tone, sculpt and strengthen every part of your body. This class incorporates hand weights, resistance bands, and/or other props. An empowering experience for all levels!

  • HOT TONDO TONED DOWN. Tune in to your strength that lies within. This 50 min. hot mat pilates-inspired, sculpting class will make you move to feel good through strengthening sequences, to tone and strengthen every part of your body. This class incorporates hand weights, resistance bands, and/or other props. A slower pace with an empowering tone.
