  • Where is Tondo Room located?

    Find us at L’Esplanade Mall at 971 Crandon Blvd, Suite 937. Key Biscayne, FL 33149.

  • Where do I park?

    There is plentiful covered parking at L’Esplanade. Please note the garage has low ceilings, so some taller golf carts may not fit.

    The entrance to our parking garage is on Crandon Blvd.

  • What if my vehicle does not fit?

    If your vehicle is too tall and does not fit in the parking garage, you may park at the exit of the L’Esplanade parking garage, as long as you are not blocking the USPS mailbox.

  • What do I need for class?

    You can bring your mat, a sweat towel, and wear athletic clothes that are comfortable to move in. No shoes are allowed inside of the room. For safety, please refrain from stepping inside the room with glass bottles.

  • Do you rent mat and towels?

    Absolutely. Mat and towels are available to rent for $4 each.

  • How early should I arrive for class?

    We recommend you arrive well-hydrated, 10 minutes before class to check in, set up your mat, talk with the teacher and prepare for your practice. Be prepared to sweat!

  • What if I am running late?

    Please try to arrive on time, for the safety and respect for your teacher and community. We understand things happen, so we have a 5 minute grace period. We will give your spot to someone on the Waitlist after 5 minutes and you will not be allowed into class.

  • Do you have showers?

    We do not, but we have a restroom where you can freshen up if necessary.

  • Can I take class if I'm pregnant?

    It’s generally advised that expecting mothers avoid intense heat. High heat exposure can raise the body temperature and may increase the risk of dehydration, overheating, and fainting, which can be harmful to both you and your baby.

    Please consult with your doctor regarding exercising while pregnant. We are happy to accommodate for private sessions if necessary.

  • What is your return policy?

    Please know we do not offer refunds on any memberships, classes, cancellation fees, workshops, or merchandise.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Monthly Unlimited Members: If you Late Cancel after the 12-hour cancellation window, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. If you do not show to class without cancelling, you will be charged $25.

    Class Packs & Class Memberships: If you Late Cancel, you will lose a single class. If you no-show without cancelling, you will lose the class and be charged $25.

    All Late Cancellation and No Show Fees are automatically charged to the credit card on file the day after the missed class. Please review your schedule on the Mindbody app to see your past or future classes. 

  • Are all of your classes heated?

    Yes, all classes are heated. Special workshops or events may be non-heated, but will be specified in the class description if so.

  • How do I cancel a class?

    Please use the Mindbody App to manage your class schedule and cancel any classes that you can no longer attend.

    If you cancel a class and are not sure if the cancellation went through, please double check your upcoming scheduled classes. Our system logs all cancellations accurately.

    Please review our cancellation policy if you have any questions on fees.

  • What if I need to leave class early?

    Please do not make a habit of leaving class early. It is disrespectful towards your community that is in the room with you. Commit to your class time and honor the time you have signed up for. If you have an emergency, please notify your teacher BEFORE class for placement in the room where you will not disrupt the class.

  • Do I need grip socks for class?

    You are welcome to wear grip socks for class but they are not required.

  • How does the Waitlist work?

    If a class is at capacity, you may add yourself to the Waitlist. You are required to purchase a class to hold a spot. If a spot opens more than 12 hours before class, you'll be automatically added and receive an email confirmation.

    Example Scenario: You added yourself to Waitlist for the 9am on Wednesday. If a spot opens up before 9pm on Tuesday, you will be added automatically to class.

    If a spot opens within 12 hours of the class start time, you will not be automatically added — you’ll need to manually check the schedule, remove yourself from the Waitlist, and add yourself to class if there’s space.

    Example Scenario: It’s 9:01pm on Tuesday night. You will no longer be added automatically to the 9am class if a spot opens up. This helps prevent last minute additions (i.e. someone cancels at 8:55am and you only have 5 minutes to make it to class.) You will manually have to check if a spot opens and add yourself!

  • What happens if I'm on Waitlist and I don't join?

    If you are no longer planning to attend the class you’re Waitlist for, please be sure to remove yourself from the Waitlist to avoid confusion and to allow others the opportunity to join.

    If a spot does not open up, and you do not join class, your class credit will remain in your account for another day. (You will not receive a refund.)

  • Why am I on Waitlist but haven't been added to class?

    You will only be added if a spot opens up 12 hours before class.

    Another reason - You need to have an ACTIVE class credit to be added to class from Waitlist. if you purchased a class to hold your Waitlist spot, and then booked a future class, your credit will be applied to your secured class spot. You will need to purchase another Drop In class (or class pack) to be added automatically to class from Waitlist.
